This attorney is one of the worst. And reason being is that he is after the worst sentences he can get for a client he represents. On several cases I seen this man ask for a huge sentence when the judge asks the prosecution team if they object. They are at a loss for words... "Uuuuh no your honor. Mr... becker asked for that specific sentence so we have no complaints" of course they don't he is asking and requesting the worst. Recently I had the displeasure of hearing him get some first time offender 2 and a half years supervised probation!! First time mind you. No regular no time served he went straight for the jugular. Now for this that don't know supervised probation is difficult for any criminal to complete even a seasoned probationer but a first time?? He set the young man up to fail and stay in the system and basically shot himself in the foot by taking the sentence allotted by Mr becker. How sad of a man and pathetic. He has that smug look on his face and attitude as the little king or prince in the Shrek movie. Smh well don't take my word for it. I seen this man the first time and had to follow and watch a handful of him representing other clients and he takes advantage of the fact they are in jail and want to go home and will darn near take anything thrown at them to go home and salvage a job a relationship and make sure their let is still alive meanwhile this man takes full advantage of that situation. It's a sad act to see. Good thing is and he brags he gets paid either way by the state so fire him and let him ruin someone else's life. Consider this a bullet you dodged. Your welcome!
