sKIMmed

She is practicing law in multiple states, I think, because in my experience with her, she wasn't always available in my state. It was hard to say how experienced she was in my state and how focused she was on practicing law. She was often forgetful and disorganized. She often gave me vague, conflict...ing and (what turns out) outright wrong information. When I asked questions to clarify the situation she more than once yelled at me. She was harsh and devoid of any empathy and compassion. She mainly went along with what our opponents suggested. I never had the feeling that she was "fighting" for me. She was very well focused and organized regarding billing me and demanding her money. She kept harassing me after one-sidedly breaking the payment arrangement we had made. When I wanted to fire her at one point, I was told (by other lawyers) that it was too late and it wouldn't be worth the effort. When I asked her about a document, she told me that she "didn't keep copies of documents". That was the last I heard of her.
