First off marshall moll Jr is a good lawyer no problems there but we paid 2500 for a service with was settled. Took a year and it's taking a year to get the finalized paperwork because the secretary is busy and makes excuses. It was the courthouse who put our papers in storage then her family was sic...k then someone else and no returned phone calls and won't even answer our phone calls now. Can't go to the office, because they now just do appointments at the office. 2500 bucks and no paperwork to show for it. If you wanna good lawyer I recommend d him but be prepared for a horrible battle for papers.

Mr. Moll defended my juvenile son in a traffic violation case recently. Even though my son was guilty and had admitted as such Mr. Moll managed to get his punishment reduced. I was extremely impressed with the time he took to make sure my son understood everything. He was very personable and easy to ...talk to. He talked to my son the way a father would, he truly cared about my son"s well being. To listen to him talk to the judge, you could tell he was completely confident in his abilities and has a good rapport with them. I would not only recommend Mr. Moll but I am hiring him again in the next week or so to handle a family law matter for myself.
