Marshall did not get "hired" because resolution occurred, BUT would have. He is who my company will use going forward.

Marshall met me for an initial consultation at a local business. Marshall listened, took notes, acted like he gave a crap, without the aloof/bravado that many legal professionals will deny they emit. I am rating him because if you are anyone without a ton of legal expertise, he will will not make... you feel like you just got out of your mom's basement for a meeting. In other words, you will feel comfortable, and he will add the legal competence. His average ratings were in fairness, not slights, due to the fact we avoided litigation, and the amount of time to generate an opinion was therefore limited. He replied to phone, email, and text messages VERY promptly prior and since our initial contact.
