Lazy, forgetful and incredibly misleading. Had to constantly be reminded of the details around the case. It seemed like every conversation was the same as the first with me explaining what happened when pulled over. Asked him about an upcoming court appearance and he was confused, said he didn't know.../remember the date and sent someone else to "handle it" for me. His song and dance when getting selected to be my attorney was very different than after selected. Didn't seem to care after he was paid. Don't believe his great little act when trying to get your business. The fine and punishment was the standard penalty that people receive for my offense. I could have represented myself and saved the money. He did absolutely nothing for me.

Marshall is and AMAZING lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and me just LOVE him!!!!! My husband got 2 retsraining orders agaisnt him, and even though he was guilty and they had proof and evertyhing, Marshall, by being friends with the judge and and having a wife and at least one mistress whom are BOTH JA...'s, got BOTH restraining orders lifted for my husband. Then I tried to get a restraining order against the girls mom, you know, to show her what its like. Well! I NEVER! thought I'd really get a restraining order against her since she didn't really do anything to me, I jsut petitioned to make her come to court since I knew she really didn't want to, and her daughters might voluntarily dismiss their restraining oorders if we made her go to court....but anyways, Marshall once again performed a miracle and actually GOT a restraining order for me against the mom! I don't know how he did it but he got my hearing rescheduled so it would be in front of a judge who understands how horrible it is to live next to their kind of people (UNLIKE Judge Kaplan) and she actually GAVE me a restraining order, thanks to Marshall!!!! THANK YOU MARSHALL!!!! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!
