Expert contract law and collections representation - great experience

I would highly recommend Mark as a thoughtful and expert litigator to anyone in need of legal expertise. I engaged Mark on a complex piece of business litigation a bit under one year ago, and have been thoroughly impressed with his deep expertise in contract law. In addition to a high demonstrated ...competency in business litigation, Mark excels in collections, and has a unique ability to actually drive the outcome the courts intend, and in my particular case, lay the foundation to collect damages and right the wrong perpetuated by a former business partner. His talent is seeing the entire legal landscape, complete with every possibly threat as well as opportunity truly is unique, and has benefited me and my company greatly in a manner that other business litigators simply cannot and have not previously accomplished. His experience spans family disputes, contract law as former chief council for major company, as well as minor and major debt collection. The bottom line is that I would highly recommend Mark Lukehart to anyone involved in a personal or business dispute that is interested in driving the best possible outcome for his/herself and their business. If you are looking for top tier legal representation, hire Mark.

Child Custody

HORRIBLE Lawyer do NOT hire him. He told me I have my kids by a certain holiday and its 4 months later and still haven't seen them or even got to talk to them. He was very rude to my girlfriend when she ask questions. I would NEVER recommend him. LAZY doesn't call back or respond back to emails. Let'...s the other lawyer walk all over him and doesn't do what is required. If you want to win a case CALL A DIFFERENT LAWYER!!!!!

Parenting issues are extremely emotional, It is sometimes difficult for a parent to understand the legal process and it can be extremely frustrating when a parent wants to see their kids and the other parent is preventing that. With this emotion, it is difficult for people not familiar with the legal process to understand the timelines involved with parenting time issues., especially when the other parent is in opposition and the Courts have control over what date your case will be heard. I do not believe there are any attorneys that would guarantee a specific amount of parenting time, much less a specific holiday when a case is contested and currently in litigation. It is not about being lazy or letting the opposing counsel "walk all over you." This particular case has not been heard by the Court because the court docket is backed up as three district court judges retired. There is no amount of good lawyering that can change that.

The PERFECT person for the job!!

Mark is handling a tough Parental Responsibilities case for myself and my daughter. The case is going to be a long hard road to resolution, but I know that Mark will take excellent care and will do whatever is in his power to get a satisfactory result! He keeps me up to date on everything regarding... the case and he is very responsive when I have questions or concerns. It's not often you find an attorney who truly cares about his clients. Mark truly wants what is best for my little girl's future. I highly recommend Mark and would gladly use him again.

Very Detailed, good results

Mark, has helped our company with a number of legal issues. Mark has a tremendous attention to detail and communicated the exact facts to us. Mark is a superb trial attorney and can handle civil and or criminal issues.

Very helpful

I am dealing with a situation with my ex wife and I went to lawyers.com. I contacted Mr. Lukehart and asked many questions. I have not actually hired him yet but I will should I need to defend myself in court.
