Client was charged with Forgery and Fraud for attempting to cash a stolen check. I worked with the defendant to get him in treatment for the drug addiction that caused him to try to counterfeit this c ... heck. Also, worked with the Prosecutor to work out resolutions so this charge wouldn't ruin my client's life (It can be very difficult to get a job with these charges on your record).
