I would just add that the terms of your attorney-client contract (fee agreement) may control, particularly sections on termination, liens, etc.

I doubt it, since that section covers inspection demands. Plus there's no grounds for monetary sanctions since you are not incurring attorney fees....

If you are in a union you could seek relief through it. Otherwise, the state equivalent department has the Labor Commissioner who hears wage claims.

You could contact the taxi company, but cases like this usually require a lawsuit.
