Mark B. Cardona

I spent tens of thousands with Mark, only to find out from other lawyers that Mark is very unexperienced, based on his advice. He is a very decent person to others, personable, and not difficult to speak to, but he is very uneducated about business, law protocol, and businesses approaches. For year...s he mislead many people in the Cannabis industry, acting as a land planner, getting the most basic projects to have problems. His excuse was "he should have known more, I'm sorry." I am leaving this for other people to make sure they do not fall for the seemingly educated demeanor of Mark, to mistake that for him being educated regarding law or business. Mark may be a good speaker to some degree, and can handle simple legal matters, but he doesn't care about the success of his clients., I don't know, and I highly doubt it since his understanding of basic organizing is misleading, but if he is, I apologize, but his "cannabis lawyer" approach he takes is a lie, out right, he has to look up basic laws in front of me, taking time to look up information he should know. If you want to higher Mark for something, reconsider, there are people who are more experienced in Santa Barbara county, that won't give you the run-around. Again, mark is kind, he does respond on time to messages, he is prompt, but being prompt means nothing if your advice to people doesn't make any sense, compared to the proper advice they should be getting. I hope people consider other lawyers, prior to considering Mark Cardona. I am leaving a detailed review so that Mark either goes back to law school, learns how to be honest about his knowledge base, to not mislead others so people go to another lawyer to get real help with their problems. This is left for the Santa Barbara Community, for small businesses that don't want to run into brick wall situations with lawyers who give the wrong general advice to their clients.
