Super Lawyer, Great Reputation! He's helping me with the eviction of a tenant from a rental property... Extremely Knowledgable!

I am currently using Mark (Hamp) Baxley to help me with an eviction, and I am very pleased! I have a rental house with a lousy tenant :-/ if you are going through it, then you are probably concerned about 7 day notices, or 14 day notices, right to cure notices, or what is the difference in all of... these and the eviction? ...... Unfortunately,....there's not anywhere to really give you the correct answers on "Do It Yourself" Evictions,' and every eviction case is different so there's usually some things your unsure about. The even worse part; if you mess up, then you could end up losing lots of money...you may even end up owing some to the tenant that owes you! (What??? It's true though) I spent lots of time researching online, but the way laws are written, they are very hard for the average person to understand. And every bit of information that people told me were 'facts' ended up being false when I talked to Hamp, so don't listen to them either. Save yourself the time and stress........ Go see Hamp and you'll feel better ! When I finally went to see him, I was desperate! But it only took about 2 min, and I felt releaved! I promise you will be extremely satisfied with how knowledgable he is, and how fast he can give you the answers you've been hunting! You will know exactly what he is doing and what's going to happen, and honestly, I am surprised that the process is not nearly as hard as I had thought! . So please Don't do like I did, and wait until your renter is so far behind , you feel like a sucker! It just is not right for us to let these people by with what they do to us. Call Hamp, and I know he can tell you what to do! I'll be using him from now on, on my rental properties for sure! :) (Also, personality for professionals I choose to work with is of big importantance to me. Mr. Baxley, is an incredibly friendly person, and he is extreamly charismatic. He's very easy to talk to and get along with! ......I am very impressed with him, and his office staff are awesome too!!!) :) The one set back that you should know, is that they are a little pricey$. If you do end up having to go through with a full eviction (with no complications like appeals, or needing process server, more than 2 court days, etc.) it's $750, but those other things can really add up fast! . .... I had to do this with another house and another attorney once before, and it was $400 total. BUT Hamp is a much different lawyer too, so you get what you pay for I guess!?
