I was seeking consultation on filing for child support. I dont have full custody but have been raising my twins for the last 4 years. She explained that i dont need full custody. My twins live with me in a safe enviroment and i am entitled to support. I asked if thier mom could file for custody after... she recieves a letter from the court. She told me she could but a judge would not remove children from a safe loving home into a home of chaos. She also explained that judges are not ignorant and they would see that she only filed after 4 years cause now she was being asked to pay..
