Not recommended
We hired Mario to put together investment documents. Mario did not spend time to understand our legal needs, and as a result there were significant gaps in the document. We had to hire another attorney for the work. Would not recommend Mario for serious work.

Mario is a pleasure to work with. I used him to do in depth research on securities and he gave a detailed advice letter and clarifies all the issues on the phone. He is trustworthy, responsive and knowledgeable in the field. I am going to hire him again for drafting a contract as well.
