i hired Marilyn to help me in a school hearing I told her it was time sensitiveand would need a letter from her in a week. also gave her the file which she indicated she would get toright away. it was six wks before she sent out a letter and never submitted anything for my hearing. she never returne...d my calls or emails. she has caused alot of harship for me , and has the nerve to bill me for more money.

We hired her in our time of desperate need and put our trust in her knowledge and experience. (Our small business failed and we filed bankruptcy in mid 2000's.) We believed everything went well, but discovered at a later date that she failed include a portion of the business in the bankruptcy. Aft...er politely and professionally approaching her with this info, she discontinued any form of communication with us. We then had to negotiate terms with specific creditors.
