Mariah Balling-Peck

She helped me with several issues at once. She took on medical malpractice even though it wasn't her field, she sought out help from a great med Mal lawyer who valued her through my suit. During the suit she not only did lawyer stuff she held my hand, hugged me and encouraged me to keep going. She co...nsistently looked out for my best interest. After the suit settled in my favor she helped me through a divorce, she is still helping me through child support issues, and still encourages me all the time. This woman is a beast in court, a knowledgeable mind, yet a gentle sweet being when needed. Mariah is the total package!

Mariah was AWESOME, attentive, and, amazing. She really listened to me and cared. She is so thoughtful and yet, I saw the other side of her when I went to court with her. She was incredible! She knows the law and knows what she's doing. She cared about me and my case from our first meeting on. ... She kept me informed, was responsive, and LISTENED. I had met with another lawyer, who looked down on me and made me feel "less than." Mariah is not like that. This is what makes her the best to me. My kids love her, too. I wanted a lawyer who was compassionate and understanding about my legal problems. Well, my divorce and separation. It has been a really ugly experience and Mariah spends the time with me that I need and really cares. She is a wonderful advocate and so thoughtful.
