Maria Gerber graduated from the University of South Florida before earning her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1994. Maria Gerber is the founder of the Gerber Law. Maria was a State Prosecutor for the Sixth Judicial Circuit from 1995-1998. Then, she joined a large civil litigation firm in Central Florida before opening Gerber Law. As a Florida native, Maria understands the importance of knowing and serving the local and surrounding communities. Throughout her years in private practice, Maria has gained vast experience in serving personal injury clients and has built a large civil practice focusing on accident injury victims. Maria has never defended at-fault parties or represented insurance companies. She relentlessly champions her clients' interests and is proud to fight for accident-injury victims. Maria provides personal, aggressive and compassionate representation to her clients. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, American Association of Justice, and the American Bar Association.
