Maralee Eriksen

Maralee Eriksen is an experienced attorney with the unique advantage of having worked inside the courts, as a prosecutor, and in private practice as as a trial lawyer.  She began her career working inside the courts and learning how judges think.  Ms. Eriksen has handled civil and criminal trials to completion.  Early in her career, she served as a city prosecutor.  Her broad experience also includes complex business litigation, including matters involving contracts, fiduciary duties, fraud, real estate, intellectual property, trade secrets, and trusts. She has helped clients efficiently navigate complicated legal processes and to protect their legal rights. She has also served as a hearing officer, conducting evidentiary hearings and issuing decisions in a variety of administrative appeals for various California counties.
