For the past four years I have defended individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies. I also defend clients with their appeals, presenting oral argument, and in writs of habeas corpus. If applicable, I also file expunctions for clients to clear their records. I began practicing law as an assistant district attorney for over five years. I prosecuted all levels of criminal offenses: from traffic tickets to murder. I also wrote responses to writs of habeas corpus for the State of Texas.
