Biography
Maggie Skinner obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from William Woods University in May 2007, where she was a member of the mock trial team and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Prior to attending law school, she acquired five years experience as a paralegal.
She received her law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in May 2016. During law school, she was recognized as a Top 10 Oral Advocate in the 1L Moot Court competition. She also worked as a winter law clerk for Judge Cynthia Martin at the Missouri Court of Appeals-Western District in Kansas City, MO. In her last year of study, she was selected to participate in the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented indigent victims of domestic abuse.
