Represented Dixie Stevedores when a seriously injured plaintiff filed a million-dollar lawsuit against client and the Port of Houston. Jury verdict for approximately $1 million dollars found client fi ... ve percent responsible for accident and Port 95% responsible. Client’s portion of the verdict was reversed and rendered to zero on appeal to the Texas Court of Appeals in a published decision.
