Lynda Lyttle Parks

Lynda Parks is an experienced personal injury trial attorney. Lynda has held various positions in the legal field over the past 20 years prior to being sworn in and admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2017. Four years later, Lynda opened her own practice, Lynda L. Parks Law, LLC to focus on helping injured people obtain the justice and financial compensation they deserve.

Lynda began her formal education at Auburn University, graduating with a degree in Communications. She interned with Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta and was then hired at CNN. Over the next few years, she spent her time in radio, television and film.

After getting married and having two children, Lynda decided to pursue her true lifelong passion. She applied for and was accepted to Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she served as a Student Bar Association Class Representative and Executive Board Officer, as well as Peer Mentor and Student Ambassador.

As a licensed attorney, Lynda has helped her clients obtain millions of dollars in settlements.

Lynda is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
