Luke Nathanial Garrett

This “attorney” has been court appointed to me for a CPS case. He has ignored every single attempt I’ve made at speaking with him other than an hour before the first hearing, where he literally sat there scratching his head the majority of the time. To say he is unprofessional, incompetent, and uncar...ing is an understatement. If I were to perform my job at the level that he does I would be fired. How he passed the Bar Exam to become an attorney is beyond my comprehension because from my understanding that takes a lot of effort which I have never seen from him. The only reason he’s even getting one star is because zero isn’t an option.

I have an ongoing CPS case Mr Garrett is the court appointed lawyer for my case. I have called him daily for three weeks and he has never returned my calls. He has never asked me anything about my case. I have never had any type of one on one meeting with him. This is my baby in the balance and CPS i...n not trustworthy at all. I am not getting any type of due process here.
