We have no physical offices and rely on email and the phone to do business with clients and the USPTO. Because of this my firm uses software that creates a support ticket for every single email and phone call that is received or sent. We do not miss emails or fail to follow up with clients or prospects as our software makes this virtually impossible to do so. Have you checked your spam box for our emails? If you were concerned about a lack of email follow up, did you attempt to call us? There are three attorneys and two paralegals that work here that that pick up the phone during business hours. As far as my experience, I’m listed as the attorney of record on over 3,500 Federal trademarks.
