I am a seasoned immigration attorney with over a decade of expertise, specializing in a diverse range of business and family immigration law services. My profound interest in immigration law is rooted in my personal journey as an immigrant from Slovakia to the United States. As an immigrant myself, I have firsthand experience witnessing the tangible effects our immigration laws have on families, communities, and businesses. I hold a Master's of Law Degree from the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University, majoring in European and International Law, and furthered my legal education by earning an LL.M. from the prestigious Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. I am admitted to practice in the New York Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Department, and proudly hold memberships with esteemed organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Translator’s Association. Fluent in Slovak, Czech, and Polish, I bring a multilingual proficiency to my practice.

I also provide counsel to employers on I-9 compliance, inspections, and audits.

In addition to my extensive immigration law firm background, I stand out as one of the few immigration lawyers with a unique perspective gained from direct experience on both the employer and foreign national/employee fronts. This insight was honed during my tenure as an in-house immigration specialist for one of the largest IT consulting companies in the U.S. and globally. Under my adept guidance navigating intricate immigration laws, USCIS, and DOS policies, I have successfully secured visas and green cards for numerous foreign nationals and their families, underscoring my exceptional accomplishments in the field.
