Louis D Tambaro

Louis has handled three FINRA arbitration proceedings over the last year where I have administered the claims as in-house counsel for the broker-dealer client. In two of these claims, the broker-dealer was claimant and in the third, the broker-dealer was respondent. Louis is "batting one-thousand" ...for us---he took our defense case, in which we had strong law on our side but were dealing with an extremely sympathetic claimant, to a full respondent dismissal after hearing. Louis made an impressive and compelling presentation of the law at the hearing and handled the sympathetic claimant with compassion and delicacy. In the first of our our claimant cases, Louis won not only the full amount being sought, but he also obtained an award of attorneys fees and costs. In the second, he obtained an extremely favorable settlement in an early litigation stage, before any significant costs were incurred.

I have had the pleasure of working with Louis D Tambaro on three occassions over the past few years. Two matters involved commercial real estate matters. I could not be more pleased with my experience and of course my outcome. I felt Lou worked quickly and protected me from both known and unknown ...risks. In addtion, I have found Lou willing to bring in other associates when needed and yet keep the costs very reasonable.
