Louis J. Ruggiero

I called and emailed Louis Ruggiero's Manhattan "office" on July 22 2021 and determined it does not exist. I am selling a condo building in Brooklyn and had found him online and my curiosity was piqued by the story of his son who was convicted of murder. I asked Ruggiero about meeting at his Manhat...tan "office" and he was evasive and told me he would get back to me but he never did. I called The NY Bar and this criminal never even went to Law School. He is a mobster who lives off his wife. He is not an attorney. Also when we spoke he was slurring and belligerent and made an inappropriate sexual invitation to me. I looked at the list of grievances against him and he was convicted of DWI and manslaughter.

We had doubts after my husband and I read all the weird press about him, but I had no idea this dude would disappear on me and refuse to refund me. I recently tried to purchase a condo unit in Manhattan, but Ruggiero took so long in getting back to all of us the differing parties when we reached out ...to him that the seller pulled out and found another buyer. Ruggero blew the deal for us and never responded to our emails or calls. It was really the most unprofessional thing and my partner and I are at a loss as of what to do.
