Terrible Communication, dragging my case on forever, charging premium prices for a very “Wish” style service. Lacked accountability. When being questioned on progress of case and why it’s been at a stand still they dropped me. No warning. No phone call or discussions. Dropped. After I paid an insane ...amount of money and they did the bare minimum.. I would never recommend Pignatelli lawfirm again. They are not the lawfirm they were 10-20 years ago. A shame the name has torn itself apart.

Heard gret things about this office/Mr Pignatelli. Has won cases against Chrysler, etc. and helped several friends who had injuries being denied. Worked hard on my case(s) as turned out there was a third party suit also with the work comp i was not aware of. Great communication. No BS. Didnt allow me... to accept crummy initial settlement offered. Fought for great setlement for both. Very pleased. would highly recommend.
