I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. My experience was deeply disappointing, he was unprofessional, unreliable, and completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations of representation. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed, and I never felt that my case was a prior...ity. When you hire an attorney, you expect focus, responsibility, and dedication. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. His behavior and personal issues clearly interfered with his ability to perform, and that lack of professionalism cost me both time and money. If you value your case and your peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for representation.

I am very happy with my experience with Daly & Black. I would highly recommend them. I had difficulty with my homeowners insurance company denying a valid roof claim. Homes all around me were getting new roofs from a recent hail storm, yet my insurance company (Safeco / Liberty Mutual) kept using exc...uses to deny the claim. Daly & Black filed a lawsuit on my behalf and covered all of the associated expenses. In the end it only cost me my insurance policy’s deductible. Daly & Black took the fee for their services from the proceeds of the lawsuit. I hope to not be in need of filling another lawsuit again, but if I did they would be my first phone call.

I was facing a lot of jail time and ended up with way way less I really appreciate the work he performed it is top notch and high quality.. My case is still in the appeal preceding but I wouldn’t have recei...ved the appeal approval if it hadn’t been for the way they argued my case and now I’m moving forward in THE UNITED STATES SURPREME COURT... I ADVISE EVERYONE TOO KEEP THIS LAWFIRM ON SPEED DIAL JUST INCASE...
