Lisa Diane Summers

Lisa D. Summers is a Trial Attorney licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Ohio and all Federal Courts in Ohio and The United States Supreme Court. Lisa has 32 years of experience resolving legal matters and disputes for her clients through litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration, mediation and negotiated settlement. Lisa’s areas of practice include general civil litigation, administrative law, non-profit law, real estate and foreclosure law, oil and gas and natural resources law, construction law, contract law, business law, consumer and creditor/debtor law, local government law, zoning and land use law, probate and estate planning, domestic relations, juvenile law, misdemeanor criminal law and tort litigation.

Lisa lives in Geneva, Ohio and is active in the local community as a member of the Ashtabula County Bar Association, the Ashtabula County Mental Health & Recovery Services Board, The Geneva Grape JAMboree Committee and the Geneva Area Business Association. Lisa is also a Member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association and a past Board Trustee and Chairman of its’ Family Law Committee.
