Answers my calls quickly, answers my questions incredibly competently

My two foodservice operations (restaurant and bakery) were pointed to Lenny years ago when we had an employee issue other attorneys had struggled with. Ever since, Len's been our go-to person for those once-in-a-blue-moon times we had HR issues. The last thing any of us needs is more stress tryi...ng to get an HR solved, and this is one of the reasons we've now used Len for over a decade: He understands employers' needs for urgency (he answers our calls almost immediately or calls right back), and his deep experience and knowledge base means that most often, he can give us a quick assessment of the situation (which calms us down), and then follow up with a more details response by phone or in writing. Len, thank you for holding our hands whenever we needed you!
