LeeAnn Monteverde

Working in law is dynamic and requires a wide array of knowledge. LeeAnn understands this on a molecular level, having gained experience in a number of specialties, all leading her to LOVE LAW FIRM PLLC. She now has the ability to put all of her skills and education to use, serving small- and medium-sized businesses, alongside the firm’s founder and managing attorney, Francine.

Having worked both in-house and at law firms of various sizes, LeeAnn is well-versed in how crucial it is for general counsel to play a role in business decisions. When joining LOVE LAW FIRM PLLC, LeeAnn’s primary goal is to work with Francine to provide the same legal insight to smaller companies. Her background includes intellectual property, commercial transactions and contract law, privacy, cyber-security, no-fault arbitration, securities law, environmental, and immigration law.

LeeAnn is the daughter to a Certified Public Accountant and a retired NYC Firefighter, as well as sister to a plastics engineer and pharmacist. She is a native New Yorker, having left to explore all New England has to offer during college at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the United Kingdom for her Master’s degree at King’s College London, returning for law school at New York Law School. LeeAnn is a resident of Park Slope in Brooklyn and enjoys spending her free time dining at local restaurants and long walks in the park with her rescue dogs.
