Leane Renee

This attorney's combination of incompetance and malfeisance is a disgrace to the legal profession. She has stated herself "she doesn't know how to look up a client's name, address and phone # to communicate with her client" resulting in damages such as a false arrest. Her refusal to file paperwork a...nd advocate for me led to false arrest, more warrants being issued for my arrest, personal injury thus causing a medical emergency! After setting up false arrests and warrants she has failed to communicate with me since 8/27/2011!!!! On 10/25/2012 her greivous misconduct and malpractice led to yet another false arrest and seizure medication had been withheld from me in custudy for hours while the sheriff's dept. did not call for an ambulance! I hope to see disiplinary action or disbarment against this attorney!

Leane represented my son on a misdemeanor charge in Nevada City. She was professional and helpful in explaining how the process worked and what to expect. She handled all appearances which gave us great peace of mind since my son is a college student living outside the area and was unable to appear.... I would highly recommend Leane to anyone who may be seeking representation.

I would not recommend Leane Renee because I and 5 others that I know had a very bad experience with her. 1) Did not return phone calls. 2) Missed appointments. 3) Did not feel she was on our side. 4) Did not feel she did all she could to convince DA of innocence. 5) Too quiet and not aggressive eno...ugh. 6) Has trouble keeping secretaries...huge turnover. Basically she sucks!
