Stern clearly does not care! I was referred to him by my closing attorney to handle an eviction. I tried to tell him about the situation to see if he could help and he stopped immediately and told me he would only speak to me in person. I said ok and tried to ask a follow up question to make sure I ...wouldn't waste my time and he stopped me again and began yelling at me about how busy he is and can't talk. So I said ok when are you free for a call again yelling calling me argumentative. I told him on the phone my name is Ashley and he's like sir I said I'm a ma'am and he goes whatever stop arguing. I finally let him rant then said ok I can come in he again told me to stop arguing. I asked how van I schedule an appointment if you won't let me speak and he hung up. Find anyone else he's extremely disrespectful.

Hired Stern to rep me in landlord/tenant court. Tenant owed me $8,000 in back rent and $4,000 in damages to the apt. Tenant moved out before eviction. Tenant goes to Sterns office and gets SURRENDER AGREEMENT STATING THAT TENANT IS NOT LIABLE FOR RENT OR DAMAGES TO APT. Agreement made without my k...nowledge or consent.I brought a law suite against tenant in Small Claims Court for $5,000 but I loss.Tenant presented SURRENDER AGREEMENT to judge who dismissed my case.Stern was paid by landlord (me) but he gave tenant the best deal.
