Laurence Tran

I was arrested for a DUI and had a pretty high BAC. I was terrified of the worst outcome possible. Mr. Tran was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He responded to my many many questions quickly and helped me step by step to make sure I was able to complete everything I needed on my end. I had a prett...y high BAC however, Mr. Tran researched and reviewed my situation and was able to negotiate my case down to a reckless driving. I don't plan to ever be in this situation again but I would definitely return to Mr. Tran again. Absolutely best outcome for a very scary and serious situation.

I was very nervous about the outcome. At first the state was unwilling to negotiate. Then Mr. Tran took over my case. With his research the prosecutors offered a reduced charge due to inconsistencies Mr. Tran discovered from their evidence gathering; that questioned the credibility of the Breathalyze...r. My court fees were also reduced. I don't expect to be in this situation again. I would retain his services if however needed.

Laurence was my lawyer for my first (and only) charged DUI. It was my first offense, my breathalyzer was a .197, and I thought my life was about to be over. Throughout the long process though, Laurence always made me feel ok even considering the situation I was in. He ALWAYS remained in contact with me and responded back to me in a timely manner with any of my questions or concerns. At the end of it, Laurence was able to get me an AMAZING deal of negligence upon being a law abiding citizen for the next two year. The catch? I STILL ended up getting in trouble at school so I thought that my deal would be revoked. He's the first person I called and he gave me advice on what to do with the situation I had at school and I hired him for my DUI case because I had violated my terms. He worked his magic and managed to save my deal!!! My DUI is set to turn into negligent driving this upcoming year and I have no one to thank but him. 10/10 recommend for the Pierce County area.
