Lauren Marie Pevehouse

Lauren Pevehouse is a Minnesota attorney and founder of Lauren Pevehouse Law PLLC, a family law and estate planning firm serving clients in St. Paul, Minneapolis, and throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Lauren focuses her practice on two areas that matter most to Minnesota families: protecting their future through estate planning, and advocating for their rights through divorce and custody proceedings. She helps clients prepare wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and represents individuals in divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance matters in Minnesota courts.

Lauren began her legal career as a law clerk at two prominent Minnesota firms, where she developed a deep understanding of the court system and the skills to advocate effectively at every stage of litigation. That foundation shaped her approach to client representation — thorough, strategic, and grounded in the realities of Minnesota law.

She is known for combining genuine compassion with practical, honest legal counsel. Lauren understands that every client is navigating something deeply personal, whether protecting a family's legacy or making it through one of the hardest transitions of their life. Beyond her practice, Lauren volunteers at the Washington County Law Library, helping individuals navigate legal resources and court processes. She also coaches the Chisago Lakes High School Mock Trial Team, mentoring the next generation of advocates.
