Lauren E Paglini

Lauren Paglini's general practice areas include criminal defense and complex civil litigation.

Ms. Paglini received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in English from the University of Nevada, Reno. Ms. Paglini continued her education and attended the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. where she received her Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude. During her academic career, Ms. Paglini attained the highest grade in her Criminal Trial Advocacy course.

Throughout law school, Ms. Paglini was heavily involved as both a member and an executive board leader of the Moot Court Honor Society. Additionally, Ms. Paglini was a staffer for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & The Law.

As a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Lauren competed in the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition in Fall 2015 and received First Place Brief and Second Place overall in the competition. As a journal staffer, Lauren was published in the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & The Law for her Comment on newly proposed gun control titled, "How Far Will the Strictest State Push the Limits: The Constitutionality of California's Proposed Gun Law Under the Second Amendment." As a student deeply committed to her community, Ms. Paglini was recognized for completing over one hundred hours of pro bono work and received the Pro Bono Honors Pledge Award.

As a young lawyer, Ms. Paglini is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Additionally, Ms. Paglini is a volunteer for the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada Children's Attorneys Project (CAP) and represents abused and neglected children.
