Lauren Derstine Humphrey, Esq., CTFA™ is an attorney and fiduciary executive with more than fifteen years of experience in trust administration, estate matters, and complex fiduciary oversight. She is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey and holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association.

Ms. Humphrey has served as Vice President and Trust Officer with a regional California bank, where she managed the San Diego office and oversaw the administration of a broad range of personal trust and estate accounts. Her work has included supervising fiduciary administration, coordinating with attorneys, accountants, and investment advisors, managing beneficiary relationships, and navigating complex tax, governance, and litigation matters involving high-net-worth families.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Humphrey practiced litigation in insurance defense and related matters, representing clients in construction defect, professional liability, and personal injury cases. This background provides her with a practical understanding of risk management and dispute resolution that informs her fiduciary work.

In addition to institutional fiduciary roles, Ms. Humphrey has advised families and professionals on trust administration, estate planning structures, and fiduciary best practices.
