I have made the mistake of hiring this lawyer for my immigration case and i have to say i have never been more disapponted in my life. She is very encouraging when she charges 150 for consultation to get you in a office that she doesn't tell you is not hers so after you hire her and give her your mon...ey the only communication you will now have is through emails which she only answers when its convenient to her. She is then going to charge you more money than is discussed in the consultation and if you actually question her over charging she gets any attitude. With my case she charged me thousands of dollars to file with USCIS and after i have not heard from them and i contacted them they have not recieved a single document in my name. MS LATANYA JONES did not file my case which was paid for in full. This is where it actually got interesting, i emailed her for several days which she did not answer letting her know that USCIS had made some error with my case not knowing that my lawyer either had no idea what she was doing or she deliberately sabotaged me and my family. Of course days later she returned my email as usual telling me how busy she is and can't find the time to help my case but suggest that i should wait a little longer because USCIS sometimes take a little longer to deal with some cases. I later found out she took all my documents and letters and maybe threw it in the garbage because USCIS still doesnt have a case filed for me almost 2 years later. This lawyer is a scammer please don't make the same mistake that i did, i have read all these reviews and the only ones i can relate to are the ones that she is disrespectful and cheats people out of their money. I only did this review because i wished that someone had WARNED me, so all the other reviews that are on here about professional and thorough are ABSOLUTELY false. Do yourself a favor and don't get as desparate as i did and get a better attorney for your case

I do not recommend this lawyer. The first time we went for consultation she went over the process quickly, the second time we met up was to pay her the fees (she did not want to meet at her office). The third time we met was to discuss how to fill out the paper work to send to USCIS and ask her what ...documents will they need, what are the next steps etc. That meeting went terrible, she was pissed at us for coming to the office just to ask questions (which were important) then she claimed to have emailed us a list of required documents which I proved to be false, then she emailed it to me. After a confrontation she helped fill out the paper work, we brought original copies of documents (passports, birth certificates, bank statements etc.). She made photocopies and did NOT return the originals. During the heat of the unprofessional moment !! we left not realizing that she had the original document. When we contacted her to set up a date & time to pick them up, she just scanned and emailed it to us. Knowing that at the USCIS interview you are REQUIRED to bring originals!!!! THIS LADY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! She is unprofessional and has a nasty attitude.. If you need to meet up with her she will try to communicate via e-mail, she does not pick up her phone!! and says she is renting the office space so don't come to waste her time.

This woman took my money and she never responded to any of my emails. She is a very dishonest person who makes her money by consultation fees and ask you to make a down payment to waive the consultation fee. I tried to get my money back and she refused to respond to my calls and to my emails. Very di...shonest young woman. I will pay her a visit one day.
