I am a trial attorney with a specialization in disputes with financial companies, including debt collectors, original creditors, and third-party debt buyers. I have been litigating cases involving prior-disputed debts for approximately two years, and defending against simple collection actions with no prior documented disputes for approximately one year. I work closely with consumer advocates and credit repair experts and a fair portion of my business is in the form of referrals from that sector.
I also occasionally handle other matters, and have handled lawsuits or helped resolve matters related to employment, landlord-tenant, immigration, personal disputes, and contract law. I am always excited to tackle a case that will give me an excuse to dive into a new area, litigation and dispute resolution are my general area of practice and I consider matters outside my specialty as interesting opportunities to expand my practice.
