I was interested in setting up an NFA Trust for me and my family. This process was made very easy and quick by Kyle. She explained up front what the process was and what I had to provide for information to create the trust. She also answered my initial questions about the trust promptly. She was also very clear and explained the fixed cost to create the trust and h...ow cost could occur in the future if major changes to the trust were to be needed. Once the document was created she explained and covered the document fully and answered all my follow-up questions. She also provided help documents with the trust to make the process easier now and in the future. These help documents will help keep thing clear in future acquisitions. I really thought the process was going to be confusing but having a good lawyer to work with in creating the trust made it easier. Kyle was excellent all the way to completion.

Used Lawyer to build a gun trust. Lawyer took the time to answer any questions and explained the process for purchasing class 3 items. Lawyer completed the trust in a timely manner and kept in contact during the process. I gave 4 stars in categories only because I haven't completed the purchase of an...y items yet and don't know if the trust is acceptable to the ATF yet. If it goes through I will upgrade the rating to all 5's.

I contacted Kyle on Wednesday 05/20/15 to set up a gun trust for my current and future NFA weapon collection. She responded quickly and we have been emailing back and forth since then. I have a draft of my trust today 05/24/15. The trust is way more complicated than I imagined, but that is why I h...ired an attorney. Included in her reasonable fee is help with filing out ATF NFA forms so everything is correct and not delayed. I will recommend her to my permit to carry students and anyone else who needs a gun trust.
