Kyle Edward Hackett

Kyle was a life saver in a long battle to get warranty repairs complete on my fifth wheel RV. Kyle not only helped me with pure legal representation but he also helped me get in contact with the right non-legal personnel as required. For example the manufacturer claimed they "couldn't determine if it... was defect or negligence" that caused my issues. Kyle helped me work with a third party forensic engineer (I didn't even know such a thing existed) and was able to successfully use the engineers report to prove that it was a manufacturing defect. Kyle worked diligently seemingly night and day for months with the manufacturer to ensure not only did my rig get repaired correctly but also ensured that I got an extension on the warranty in case a similar failure occurred again. Kyle managed to get all of my needs met and kept the whole thing out of court. I will be using Kyle for future services!!!
