Kurt A Peterson

My practice emphasizes commercial transactions, including extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions such as all aspects of acquisition, development, operation and disposition of real property of commercial, retail, residential and agricultural use. In addition, I regularly represent landlords and tenants in connection with office, retail, industrial, agricultural and ground leases.

My commercial lending practice includes the representation of national, regional and community banks, asset-based lenders in loan documentation, foreclosure, workout and regulatory matters.  

As a corporate attorney, I serve the legal needs of charitable and faith-based organizations and assist churches, schools, and other charitable organizations, including advising on means of protecting their campuses and other assets from uninsurable, uninsured, and under-insured claims.
