The Gatekeeper of Broken Hopes and Empty Promises-Kristina Beahr

It's deeply hurtful to see these five-star reviews, hi lady, she is capable when she wants to be, because our experience was so different. It seems that because we didn’t have enough profit potential, or perhaps because our lives weren’t considered valuable enough, we weren’t even given advice that w...e couldn’t have found on Google ourselves. Despite the impressive presentation on her well-polished website, our interactions with Kristina revealed a different reality. She seemed more interested in business opportunities than genuinely helping us with our case. Now we know at the time, she was representing 7,500 military personnel. But now it feels like “Thank you for your services,” felt like something that had to be bought from Kristina Beahr. Following her guidance we booked an appointment with one of the mold testing services recommended—the one accepted in court. The day of the appointment, they didn’t show up. Sealing our fate on ever having a case because we had handed over the house to the landlord because we couldn’t live there due to it, making us sick, effectively stopping any chance we had of recouping our losses. Kristina wasn’t just neglectful; she was actively obstructive in our case. So hearing the proper steps were not taken is false. They were taken and we were stopped. Our appointment to speak with Kristina was set for two weeks out. A lawsuit was out of the question at this point due to The timing of the appointment was outside the window of having any access to the house. After all, she advertises herself as the expert in toxic mold exposure I guess due to being exposed to toxic mold, she claims, but we cut the conversation short when we realize she had no information to give us we hadn’t already found ourselves. But I did asked if she would represent us if I gathered all the necessary information, she responded with such a condescending and hurtful tone saying "oh no." Despite our desperation and willingness to do much of the work ourselves, at that moment we realized she wasn’t busy she didn’t like us. This experience made us feel as though Kristina was more of a gatekeeper than an advocate, actively preventing us from accessing the legal system. Her responses were delayed, and the little information she did provide was something I had already found online, which led us to question her commitment to her clients. Kristina handled her personal lawsuit efficiently and professionally. I spoke with her lawyer because I was referred to her lawyer due to the legitimacy our exposure. She promptly responded, informing us that our mold test would not hold up in court. I thanked her for her response and informed her that I had the proper testing appointment, but they never showed up shortly after I had pleaded with Kristina Beahr to please respond to us and advocate for us by doing job. Our life might have had no value to Kristina Beahr, but it did have value to us so we were heartbroken. Fortunately, I was able to navigate the legal system with mold poisoning to get the eviction dropped. My wife has her education for the university of Notre Dame. I have a masters and through our professional careers we were able to develop relationships with the justice of peace in our city. We were able to navigate the legal system and on record have the justice of peace, acknowledge the mold contamination in our dwelling ultimately leading to the landlord dropping the eviction. And even though at that point we had legally proven the contamination, the legal system had What is traumatized we chose to rebuild rather than recoup our losses. We no longer wanted to work with anybody that might tell us again that our life didn’t have enough value to it to even earn politeness. So no I do not recommend Kristina Beahr due to her not being able to manage her emotions enough to keep her ethics and check. The only thing we did wrong was expected her to do her job like she advertised.

Sat on Paperwork

My wife and I referred to her after a toxic mold situation. When we emailed her she responded quickly and was very kind, positive, upbeat, but looking back was misleading. They reviewed and she was going back-and-forth on whether or not she was going to take it due to being busy. That is when she sat... on our paperwork for two weeks while we almost got evicted, got a mold test, was the wrong one, our fault, but I didn’t find out it was the wrong test until today when I went to the real mold attorney and she told me it was and now I can no longer move forward. When we finally talk to her at the beginning of the call she let us know she would not be representing us but she’s already wasted my time so I wasted hers and sat there for a 30 minute consultation that Anyone with a computer could do.. The information she provided was generic copy and paste from the Internet information. She did not give any referrals. She did not know as much as I think she claims. The fact is is she lied and did not advertise properly. She claims she was busy and probably was But she didn’t have to sit on her paperwork and give us false hope. She saw our motor test in results and did not let us know we needed different ones while we still had access to the property . She is very intimidated by strong educated women. She does not do well in your pressure. We lost everything And honestly the worst part of losing everything in the situation is having to meet her.
