She assists individuals, business owners and business entities, insurance companies, as well as governmental agencies, in banking, lender liability, contract, insurance, trust and estates, antitrust, tax, real estate, RICO, alter ego/successor liability, business torts, defamation, malicious prosecution/abuse of process, employment and other commercial disputes in both state and federal courts in the Kansas City metropolitan area (including but not limited to Jackson County, Clay County, Platte County, Cass County, Johnson County, Wyandotte County, and Douglas County), statewide across Missouri, Kansas and Iowa, and nationwide. She also represents both banks and borrowers with loan documentation and loan enforcement workout and litigation matters. She is a former assistant attorney general and also represents businesses and individuals responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations by governmental agencies.
