Mr. Klaves was assigned to represent me when I was sued for a lawsuit involving a automobile accident. When I was sued, I was extremely nervous and upset. My insurance company, Allstate, assigned Mr. Klaves to represent me in the lawsuit. When Mr. Klaves contacted myself, he took the time to go ov...er the history of the claim and why the claim turned into a lawsuit. Mr. Klaves then walk through what I could expect during the "life" of the lawsuit. When it came time for my deposition, Mr. Klaves spent about an hour discussing me the issues of the dposition and what I could expect. Finally, my case went to trial. This was a case where all my friends thought I did not have a chance as I rear ended another vehicle. Mr. Klaves questioned the medical treatment during the trial. I was extremley happy when the jury returned a verdict in my favor and against the Plaintiff. During the entire course of the litigation, Mr. Klaves was extremely professional and curtious to myself. I was extremely happy with the advice and counsel he provided me during the life of the lawsuit.

I worked with Mr. Klaves with regard to some litigation filed against his company. Mr. Klaves was extremely bright and competent in working thought the issues. He conducted a detailed analysis of the lawsuit and potential exposure so that we could create a strategy to defend his company.
