Kimberly Ann Dudick

Like many of the other reviews, I feel I was not advocated for for my custody case. She charges an excessive amount of money. We started with her recommendation of filing for full custody and $25,000 later settled for almost nothing different than we started with. No new information was provided duri...ng this time where we should've changed our minds. Excessive followups, excessive billing and she just totally dropped the entire case after all that money and effort on my part. She made a stressful situation much worse. Argumentative and not understanding.

I worked with her over a divorce case. All the time I got the feeling that she only cares about charging me more hours, very unhelpful in terms of negotiation with other party. I ended up attending most of the court dates by myself, she only did the paperwork. Over all I was extremely unsatisfied wit...h her to the point that my ex-husband even mentioned that my lawyer is not competent. I strongly suggest you look into other options before accepting to go forward with her. All the cost estimates are not true and you end up paying for minimal service.

I was "assigned" to Kimberly Dudick through a mediator. I felt from the first meeting I had she was a good fit for my needs. I never had an issue with anything being brushed off or put on the back burner. If I recall, she responds within an hour to my emails and I find her to be no nonsense and factu...al and always supported my case. She definately works with you financially too as long as you make some effort to pay each month. I would definately refer her to anyone in need.

I have used Kim's services throughout the past couple years in relation to divorce, support and custody. Kim is knowledgeable in the law and experienced in the process of litigation. I unfortunately have a very litigious spouse, Kim has been both a great negotiator and a strong trial lawyer. Kim ...is energetic and responsive, she makes you feel important and allows you to make informed decisions, instead of making them for you (as I have experienced with other attorneys). I always felt that she, herself, was prepared for court, as well as making me feel prepared. Most family law cases are stressful, but having Kim to help me through the process made it more bearable. I have referred friends to Kim who are all satisfied with her representation and I will continue to refer cases to Kim for many years to come.
