Kim Marie McGwier

I highly recommend you seek counsel elsewhere if considering Kim or any firm she was previously associated with. I expected she would act in my best interest, but I believe I was truly taken advantage of. Kim would change her stance frequently and not give an explanation as to why. I noticed she r...equested I send information that didn't seem to go anywhere, but I was always billed in receipt of receiving that information. A few times I had to request she update documents that were filed incorrectly, re-send the same information that seemed to go unreferenced or follow up on the status of my case or documents that were promised to be drafted etc. The more vocal I became on these issues, I could sense a shift in her attitude towards me, which became rude and dismissive, which felt terrible because I was already in a vulnerable place. It took 10 months before I made the decision to remove her as my council in fear of the cost and time it would take to essentially start over again. I only wish I would have done it sooner.

I hired Mrs. McGwier to handle my divorce and she did an amazing job. I just met with Mrs. McGwier again recently to represent me again as my lawyer. I have recommended her to a couple of friends as well. She works with her clients on so many levels and makes sure you understand everything that's ...going on. Thanks again Mrs. McGwier for helping me out in my time of need.

After 58 years of age and past real estate and mortgage broker as well as having to hire legal representation on multiple levels, including divorce, I have never met a more caring, thourough, considerate as well as thoughtful team as Ms. McGwier and her paralegal.
