Kevin B. Bogucki

For 13 years, I served as a Navy prosecutor and military justice staff judge advocate. During this time, I was ranked "best Navy prosecutor on the West Coast." For the last seven years of my Navy career, I represented Guantanamo Bay detainees, both in Federal habeas corpus actions and before the military commissions. Most notably, I was lead military defense counsel for Ramzi bin al Shibh (alleged planner of 9/11).

As legal adviser to several admirals and commanding officers, I resolved countless issues, including military justice cases, administrative boards, investigations, and Congressional inquiries.
