Kenneth Monroe Chestnut III

Ken Chestnut is a lifelong Texan born in San Antonio and raised in the greater Austin area. He graduated from Round Rock High School and earned his undergraduate degree in Education and Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

During law school, Mr. Chestnut gained valuable experience through internships at the Texas Attorney General's Office and the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law Family Law Clinic. He was an active member of the Student Bar Association and served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Following law school, Mr. Chestnut returned to the Round Rock area, clerking for the Williamson County Prosecutor's Office before joining The Smart Law Firm. He later transitioned to the oil and gas industry in West Texas and subsequently served as in-house counsel and collections specialist at Advanced Discovery in Austin.

In 2019, Mr. Chestnut, alongside his business partner Roman Sarabia, established Sarabia Chestnut PLLC, a fee office for Texas Title. Their practice specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning (wills and trusts), business formation, and oil and gas title opinions, among other areas.

An ardent sports fan and family man, Mr. Chestnut enjoys spending time with his wife, and two beautiful children, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros, and San Antonio Spurs.
