Kelly Ann Staples

I can't praise Kelly enough for the great work she did for me and two kids who I love. She came onto my case after I had to dismiss my first attorney, was positive from the beginning, and completed my case in a short amount of time. She's kind, intelligent, cares deeply for her clients and the work... she does for us, and I am so grateful that she was recommended to me by another of her client's who rightfully praised her to me. Kelly is a fantastic attorney to have on your side. I was going through a messy divorce with children and advised to hire legal representation early on in the process. She explained the process clearly, advised appropriately, followed through with my wishes and most importantly, allowed me to focus o...n my children and myself while she took care of the legal aspects. One way to put it is, she became the buffer between me and my spouse/his attorney. Another way to say the same thing is, Kelly gave me my life back. I don't know what I would have done without her expertise and understanding through a very stressful time in my life.

I hired Kelly because my friend found her through a search for men’s rights advocates and that was appealing, but it turned out not so much the truth. I have met and know many lawyers throughout my life and she is the first lawyer that would not share her cell phone number with me. She blocks her c...alls every time and will only corresponde through email and then an occasional call from the phone in her husbands office that she used to meet with clients. She was very rude when I told her I was going to represent myself and she was being relieved. Snide offensive criticism continued email after email as I was told I would receive a refund check for the balance of my retainer it has not shown in 2 weeks since the day she said it was in the mail. Kelly has the nerve to blame me in the last email stating it was probably me lying about the check not showing because it was beneficial to my case in someway. She has a few things going on in her personal relations ability that are fairly immature and I was offended by her criticism and assumptions. Seriously thinking there may be misconduct here. She is out of line in my experience.

We hired Kelly for my boyfriends parenting time case. We found her after doing tons of research on father's rights and knew she was who we needed. She helped us from start to finish and the entire time she answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. I cannot imagine how things would ha...ve went if it weren't for Kelly, she helped us see things from another perspective and pointed out things that we didn't even know we're important. In a time like that we were blessed to find someone that was fair, open, and trustworthy.
