I agree with the previous poster. This attorney has no conscious, she flip flops her position based on her whim of the day, and her position is completely dependent upon her ego with zero regard for what’s in the best interest of the child. This woman should be banned from representing children. I fe...ar the amount of children out there who’s lives have been destroyed, or at least horribly impacted because of Kelly Balls ego driven agendas.

Please exercise caution around Kelly Ball. This attorney, who lacks general decency, employs racial and cultural biases to misrepresent facts and win arguments. She significantly assisted my ex in completely alienating my child from me. I cannot comprehend how she manages to live with herself - she'd... rather destroy a parent child relationship then admit she is wrong.

I was referred to Ms. Ball by a friend for a child support modification issue. She is meticulous, pays the utmost attention to every little detail, and does not make promises that she can't keep just to take your money. If anything, she is brutally honest about the status of your case. Mine ended up ...going all the way to a trial because my ex is a jerk and his attorney is a money grubber who liked to give him poor advice. Needless to say, Ms. Ball prepped me perfectly for court, and then went on to rip my ex to shreds on the stand. He got caught up in more than a few 'untruths' because of her relentlessness in questioning. She was good to the point that my ex even ended up having to have to pay her fees for me. She was my savior. I only wish that I had hired her for my initial divorce.
